What payment options do you accept?

We accept secure payments via PayPal, Clearpay, debit & credit cards.

Can I request something that is not available on the website?

Yes, if there is something you are wanting that is not on the website such as birthday slabs, customs or particular fragrances please contact us. 

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days. We are currently only posting 2 days a week which are sent via Royal Mail standard 2nd class. Custom orders may take longer depending on the size of the order.

Are you CLP compliant?

Yes, we are fully insured and CLP compliant. This is a legal requirement in the UK. All relevant clp information is available on request.

 

Safety information

• Do not leave a burner unattended.
• Keep away from draughts.
• Do not overfill.
• Do not move the tealight burner when lit.
• If using a electric warmer, make sure its well ventilated.
• When using a tealight burner, use ONLY 4 hour, unscented tealight.
• Always keep away from children and pets.
• Do not add water to your burner.
• Only use burners that are approved for wax melts.
• When you want to remove wax from your burner, do not use a sharp object such as a knife. This can damage the burner and cause air line cracks. Place a small amount of cotton wool and wipe.
